COMEDY: Richard Herring – Twelve Tasks Of Hercules Terrace | Leicester Square Theatre | 14 Aug (pictured)
Instead of going up to Edinburgh this year, Richard Herring is staying down in London and performing all eleven of his previous solo shows, plus a brand new one, at the Leicester Square Theatre. Tonight, ‘Twelve Tasks Of Hercules Terrace’, in which recounts his attempts to complete a set of impossible or arduous tasks. Details and tickets here.
MUSIC: Canary Wharf Jazz Festival | Canada Square Park | 14-16 Aug
London’s largest free jazz festival sets up shop down in Canada Wharf this weekend, with performances from acts including Sons Of Kemet, The Rawness, Eska, Edwin Sanz ‘San Agustin’ Salsa Orchestra, The Fontanelles, and The Neil Cowley Trio. Details here.
