And today’s ThisWeek-tipped, LDN-based events are…

CHILDREN’S SHOW: Whale In A Bathtub | London Welsh Centre | 3-22 Aug
It’s the first day of the Camden Fringe today, and here to kick things off is a piece of children’s theatre that uses puppets, movement and music to tell a story of three teenagers who find a whale washed up on a beach and decide to take it home and keep it as a pet in a bathtub. Amazingly enough, this is based on true events. Details and tickets here.

COMEDY: Milton Jones – Work In Progress | The Phoenix | 3 Aug
The Phoenix Fringe is still on too, you lucky Londoners. Among tonight’s shows, you can catch fabulous one liner merchant Milton Jones trying out new jokes. Details and tickets here.

COMEDY: Nathan Cassidy – Back to the Future I, II and III | Camden Comedy Club | 3 Aug (pictured)
Back at the Camden Fringe, Nathan Cassidy presents three solo shows back to back, all loosely based on the ‘Back To The Future’ films. Take in one, two or all three. Details and tickets here.
