FILM: Katharine Hepburn Season | BFI | 1-14 Feb
The BFI dedicates an aptly extensive season to the many great cinematic doings of Hollywood iconoclast Katharine Hepburn. It starts, as chronology dictates, with a showing of KH’s first film, director George Cukor’s 1932 drama ‘A Bill Of Divorcement’, in which she stars as Sidney, a “sharp, modern girl facing down a complex past”.
