VISUAL ART: Bob Mazzer – Underground | Howard Griffin Gallery | 12 Jun – 13 Jul
In the 1980s, whilst working as a cinema projectionist, Bob Mazzer took to photographing ‘human tableaux’ (aka passengers) on the train during his daily tube commute. “Coming home late at night”, explains Mazzer on the eve of his first exhibition, “it was like a party and I felt like the tube was mine and I was there to take the pictures”.
