Matisse Cut-Outs

TODAY IN LONDON, ThisWeek’s tipped events feature scissors-and-paper shapes by the great Henri Matisse, Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard, and a triad of tipped rock/alternative acts: PINS, Francis Lung, and Kagoule. And free pizza…

The Tate M displays art giant Henri Matisse’s snip-and-paste series, which he began making in latter life once ill-health had prevented him from painting. FILM: The Bigger Picture, presents… Rust & Bone, East Dulwich Tavern, 17 Apr
Pop into the EDT tonight if you want to watch Marion Cotillard and Matthias Schoenaerts having one whale of a Palme d’Or-nominated love affair, which first came out in 2012 c/o award-winning filmmaker Jacques Audiard. Details and tickets here.
