Making a special PA at this year’s Meltdown festival, at the invitation of its MD-for-2013 Yoko Ono, high-priestess-of-XXX-weird Peaches drills into her very greatest hits – not least ‘Fuck The Pain Away’, ‘Stick It To The Pimp’ and ‘Shake Yer Dix’. Details and tickets here.

In his first big ‘acting’ gig since that critics-pleasing stint as Othello, Lenny Henry takes to the stage as Troy Maxson, a failed ex-athlete frustrated with his family, in August Wilson’s Pullitzer Prize-winning great American drama. Details and tickets here.
Internal Terrains, Bussey Building, 19-20 Jun
The Ovalhouse reestablishes itself ‘Elsewhere’ – elsewhere being Peckham – in this, a site specific set-piece by artist Natasha Davis, who developed its narrative with the young migrants of the theatre’s We Are London youth group. A mix of film and installation; crows, cages and electric shocks; ‘Internal Terrains’ maps the cracks, dents and frailties of an identity in exile, in search of what’s at stake as one moves from one place to another.
