FILM: London Road – The Live Film Premiere | various cinemas | 9 Jun
The premiere of the film version of National Theatre production ‘London Road’, which stars Olivia Colman, Anita Dobson and Tom Hardy, will be broadcast in cinemas around the capital (and nationwide). Key cast and crew will be on hand for a Q&A after the screening. Details and tickets here.

The original French production of ‘d(ARE) / Here Be Lions’ was created by artist, choreographer and dancer Sandrine Buring, and playwright and director Stéphane Olry, an inspired by their artist residencies at the Hôpital de la Roche-Guyon, a hospital for children with multiple and severe neurological difficulties. Translated by Neil Bartlett, with performers including actor Hayley Carmichael and vocal improviser Phil Minton, this is the UK premiere of this blend of dance and immersive theatre. A new play from Georgia Fitch, directed by Sarah Bedi, ‘Reality’ follows Darren as he prepares for new reality TV show ‘The Hostage’. It becomes apparent that the show is going to be a lot tougher than he initially imagined, but if he gets through it he believes his life will be turned around. Find out more in this TWL interview.
