POETRY: Stand Up And Spit | The Saison Poetry Library | 2 Sep
‘Stand Up And Spit’ is a night of angry poetry, tracing its inspiration back to punk and reggae of the early 80s. Original ranters Tim Wells and Janine Booth will be joined by young poet Emily Harrison at the Royal Festival Halls’ Saison Poetry Library. Details and tickets here.

Sam Shepard’s 2000 play ‘The Late Henry Moss’ has only been performed in London once before. Two brothers, Earl and Ray, travel to Bernalillo New Mexico upon the mysterious death of their estranged father, Henry. Over a bottle of bourbon and a box of old photographs, they try to reconcile their very different childhood memories. Details and tickets here.

A dark comedy that blends sketch comedy with theatrical narrative. Bash, a comic book artist, has been shortlisted for the last paid job in the arts, competing against a taxidermist, choreographer, photographer, writer and crafter.
