COMEDY: Deborah Frances White – Half A Can Of Worms | RADA Studio Theatre | 28 May Mining her real life events, candid comedienne Deborah Frances White’s poignantly autobiographical show finds her dealing with the search for her birth parents, she having been adopted as a baby. Details and tickets here.
THEATRE: Clarence Darrow | Old Vic | 28 May – 15 Jun Departing Old Vic AD Kevin Spacey is in-house (with his acting hat on, that is) for the first time since 2011, bowing out graciously from his job atop the theatre’s backstage board with a one-man turn as sharp-tongued 19th century civil rights lawyer Clarence Darrow. Having already played Clarence in 2009 play ‘Inherit The Wind’, and also in a TV movie, Space gets to grips with him again in David W Rintel’s script, which finds him looking back on his most famous cases.
