Having scripted his new show after falling victim to identity thieves, cerebral comedian, radio host and, erm, Welshman Mark Watson questions today’s digital era, asking whether it’s really as wwwondrous as all that. Prepare to be internet-enlightened, and to buy tickets here.
We Are Most Amused, Royal Albert Hall, 28 Nov
The very regal Rowan Atkinson, Jimmy Carr, Ben Elton, Miranda Hart, Joan Rivers, Ed Byrne (and others) each do their part to collect cash on behalf of youth charity The Prince’s Trust. Its patron, HRH Charlie (and Camilla) will be present to royally pardon any comic high jinx. Seats are pricey, but again, it is for charity.

Wild Nothing, The Lexington, 28 Nov
Wild Nothing, aka US artist Jack Tatum, plays his new LP, ‘Nocturne’s gauzy guitar-pop tonight at The Lexington, whilst synth types TOPS and Nashvillian band Night Beds precede his set with their own. Tickets for this triple-act, all-American special are bookable here.

A veritable cirque du triomphe when it played at the Barbican last year, circus choreographer Mathurin Bolze and co’s “highly physical” restyling of ‘The Grapes Of Wrath’ features a melee of acrobatics, lights and music. Details here.
The Latke Who Couldn’t Stop Screaming, Roundhouse, 28 Nov – 30 Dec
A fortunate event for theatre lovers aged five and over, this, as popular American author Lemony Snicket’s Christmas morality parable about an oil-phobic pancake, one Hanukkah Latke, plays on a British stage for the first time. Curious? RSVP here.
